Hayes stroker ryde brake pads

I was wondering if the hayes stroker ryde brake pads come with a retaining clip/spring?
I bought some brake pads from BBB previously, but they are too wide, causing my original retaining spring not to fit on them. Hence my question.
The pistons are supposed to be magnetic, but they're not, so I have to rely on the spring.
