Due to my first issue of the customs charge I had to call customer services, tried twice and both times there was no answer but it came with a hefty charge
Currently sorting it out via emai.
On the plus side the pedals are great.
EDIT - I have now been refunded the charge along with an apology for the delay. They didn't explain why there was a charge, and they haven't said if they're doing anything to stop it happening again so avoid calling them if I were you.
All issues have now been solved and I am happy. They do care about their customers.

We're not sure why you were billed and it was certainly not our intention. We're checking with our UK Telco to find out what happened.
